I guess the rapid change in attitude reflects the shallowness of some people's thought. Did people really expect that once elected, our new president would click his heels and magically end the recession, withdraw from our battles overseas, lower our taxes, wipe out corruption, crush the pharmaceutical and oil industry and settle all of out personal grudges with big business and big government and at the same time, make everyone happy? <br /><br />Contributing to this delusion, presidential candidate Obama was hyped up by most of the world's media to a degree that went far beyond what any president would ever be able to live up to. <br /><br />So, many unreasonable expectations and a President who I feel is really trying to do his best to fix these United States.Gareth Lewis-Pittnoreply@blogger.com
